Returns Policy
Squire products are designed to inspire confidence and to be easy to use. With appropriate maintenance and normal use the Squire product should last a considerable time before the need for replacement. That is why Squire's guarantees its product for 10 years.

Refunds
Changing your mind
If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the Squire product or have changed your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery and you will be eligible for a refund.  If you return the Squire product after 30 days you will unfortunately no be eligible for a refund.  However we may charge a handling fee equal to 20% of the cost of the product.  This will be deducted from any refund due.
Please note - This is only applicable to Squire products purchased directly from Henry Squire & Sons Limited.  If you have purchased your Squire product from any other outlet or supplier please refer to their returns policy.

Faulty Products
Return within 30 days
All Squire products have a 10-year guarantee. In the unlikely event that your Squire product becomes faulty, if you return the product to Squire within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, or refund the price of the product in full.
Please note - This is only applicable to Squire products purchased directly from Henry Squire & Sons Limited.  If you have purchased your Squire product from any other outlet or supplier please refer to their returns policy.

Return within 10 year guarantee period
If your product becomes faulty with the 10 year guarantee period (and after the 30 days period), you may return the product to Squire and we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Please note that we will not repair or replace the product free of charge if;
•   The fault arises because you failed to follow instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the product;
•   You alter or repair the product without our written consent;
•   The fault arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.

How to return an item to Squire
Changing your mind
If you have changed your mind about the Squire product or are not happy with your purchase and you are returning it within 30 days please ensure that:
•   The product is in its original packaging;
•   All products are securely packed for return;
•   The receipt or order number is included with the packaging. This is needed so we are able to trace it, as we will have to check if the product was bought within 30 days and use it as proof of purchase;
•   You supply your name and address;
•   You send it the address below;

Faulty Products
If you are returning a faulty Squire product ensure that:
•   All products are securely packed for return;
•   You supply your contact details so that we can return the repaired or replacement product;
•   You send it to the address below;

Please note - if you are returning a faulty item we will refund the cost of the return delivery. However if you are returning a product for any other reason we are unable to refund the cost of the return delivery.
